The Lean training is carried out with both the help of theoretical reviews and practical exercises and, today, we have a well functioning structure with morning meetings in all departments as well as a joint factory meeting. This is a much appreciated way of working that has resulted in a higher awareness about what is happening in the company.
Once a week, the improvement meetings are held in each department according to a separate structure. Thanks to these meetings, the personnel are involved and influence and improve our activities.
Furthermore, we use a Toyota model called QMB (Quality Management Board). This is a model for working with complaints. This has helped us to halve the number of complaints in 18 months.
